All my life I've said, "My favorite thing about life is falling in love. I'm in love with love."
I'll admit, I went through a period of cynicism after 2 abusive marriages and being left alone to fend for myself and my 4 children. From the depths of that dark place, I determined to create a new, beautiful life for myself and my kids. I got to work envisioning it and took action. It's been a journey these past 6 years, finding myself again. Healing and feeling safe to love again. Writing has been a huge catalyst to that. I've wanted to be a writer since I was 11 years old. It began when I fell in love with poetry at age 9.
Every day I wake up with my heart spilling over with gratitude for every one of my readers. I often say in my newsletters, "You are everything. Everything I do is for you." And I mean it. The support of my readers enables me to live true to myself and to support my children at the same time.
